What’s a personal software factory?

A personal software factory is a bunch of AI agents that work together to build software. Each agent has its own persona (defined in its prompt), and it hands off to another agent when certain criteria are met.
Mine runs on Gas City. It built my set tracklist generator, and I’m using it to build my Seattle margarita tracker right now.
The best part: I can get it going, watch it do its thing, and step in when needed. All my feedback and corrections get encoded into the CLAUDE.md file, the instructions my agents read before they start, so the factory gets a little better each time.
What I’m still working on: scaling it to larger projects.
